Apex is putting my laptop to sleep mode
- Hi, im doing this post cuz i was looking for people with same problem and I couldn’t find it.
- So, im trying to play apex and not everyday but most of it, the game just put my laptop to sleep mode. Im sure its not a overheating problem because i am using Acer’s app to keep traking it and i have a cooler pad to help with it. I realized today that when im pressing W and 4 at the same time, the screen blinks a black-screen and most of times it turns my laptop to sleep, so i need to press the power button again and the game is still running but just disconnected from the match.
- I’ve try everything, old nVidia drivers, run as adm, set lower graphics, and all those stuffs that you can find.
- Other thing that makes me realize that the problem isnt my laptop: i can play every game that i have with no problem, like Battlefield 5, Rocket League, The Division 1 and 2(beta), Overwatch, World of Warcraft and everything runs fine!
- i even try to format my laptop and still have the problem.
- Can someone give me a light here? Thanks!!
