I'm getting trouble with high-end pc.. Fps drops from 250 to 120 is not fair and game is running choppy. Make sure, freesync and v-sync option is not working.. Still drops 120fps.getting stutter with 144hz monitor. I think there should be work with amd gpu for fix this problem.
@Jan4FPS So this sounds like a hardware issue. The first thing I think you should do is update your drivers and graphics card. Next, you're gonna want to repair the game files. If the problem continues, you probably have a deep rooted problem somewhere in your setup. Also, this one is obvious, but restart your PC. Hope this helps!
