Apex legends account

What can't i re-connect to my main account on apex legends an account that has been with me for a multitude of years, and over those years spend a ton of money, and i can seem to sign back into my ac...

Try using the option for "I want to update my EA Account information".

I have checked my second account and it has all my stuuf on there that the acount holds, but my main psn and apex account, has nothing that i had on my account e.g. characters, heirlooms, skins, banners, finishers, and more, and i have looked on the ai chat bot but it hadnt help he i would prefer if i could get an email or phone call about how to fix my issue but since this is a public site i and not comfortable with sharing any personal detail.

    You should be able to start a chat with an advisor by choosing the option I mentioned above.
