Appeal for Account Suspension

I got a ban without any reason! I wanna dispute the sanction! You can relieve much pressure in the game! As a gamer. Apex is now the most competitive and interesting game I think. I surely enjoy it much.I downloaded Apex for the first time and only played the beginner's tutorial and the first multiplayer game, But I suddenly got a ban! I am so weird about the sanction cause I never break your rules: I check your rules after the ban happened to figure out whether I have done something inappropriate inadvertently. I still think I did not break your rules after reading the rules! No cheat, no hatespeech, no third-party software and no party up cheaters! I always play the game singlely. So there must be an unexpected error occured.

    Hi Handlemasterr,

Welcome to the community boards. 🙂

While we aren't able to help with bans here, our Terms of Service team can take a look into a ban or suspension for you. If you believe there was some sort of mix-up in the application of that ban, send an appeal and it'll reach them. This guide will help you learn how to reach out to them and includes some advice on filling out the web form to appeal to it:

    Hi Handlemasterr

I won't have that insight, but if you've filled out the webform recently, you've done the right thing, and your case will be working its way up the queue to reach Terms of Service. The EA Help article 'Get information about EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions' mentions that the Terms of Service team aims to respond within 10 days:

You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com about your case within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you further details about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.

Often it's far less than that. They will email you as soon as they can look into things and have wrapped up the investigation. Please keep an eye out for that mail in your inbox.
