Apex Legends Battle pass bug

Hi all,

I experienced a bug while trying to purchase the Apex Legends battle pass. I was unable to purchase the ultimate or ultimate + pass. 

I only had the option purchasing the normal pass for 950 coins, so did I thinking I had to unlock the rest. There was no information about this bug so I had no idea.

This morning I found out that there was indeed a bug and I was able to purchase the ultimate + pass, this resulting in having two battle passes. After contacting live chat about my issue, they adviced me to make a topic.

Any help, idea’s refunds or solution possible?
