Apex legends Borders on all sides

i recently restarted my computer with apex legends running in the background, when i opened it again once the computer restarted every single resolution that wasnt 1920x1080 went full black bars on all sides, and the lower the resolution the smaller the game got on my screen. This happened once in the past and it fixed by origin telling me i had a corrupted save of the game, this time that didnt work nor did the message pop up, i tried reverting to my previous cloud save but that didnt work either, i feel like i have tried everything. Turning my Scaling Mode to full panel in the AMD settings but cant seem to get this to work correctly, any fixes?
