Apex Legends Crashing on Startup

From steam, I click on play. The small window for the game starts to open but immediately crashes as it is saying " WAITING FOR GAME ..." 

I get a Crash Report Handler that says "The application has encountered an unexpected error". Mentions how I could create a memory dump to help aid with support, but sadly, the Create memory dump button is grayed out. 

This has happened to me before, but I waited for the next update to be pushed out, and it fixed the game. I have tried;

Running as admin

Verifying integrity of game files...Deleting a folder, then re-verifying game files.

I have done a full uninstall/reinstall. 

and a few other small things I read on the internet.
