Apex legends crushing on start up

i have had problem for like 3 seasons nad i cant find a solution to this anywhere

i am running a rog strix b660G motherboard, Nvidia rtx 4070,intel i7 13 gen, 32gb ram

before everything was fine , but now apex carshes as it enters in the first meniu, i have tryed everything , even formated the pc so apex can be the only app installed,tried from origin and steam same thing, the only thing i was worried about was riot vanguard but as i said i had this problem even before installing league and vanguard, everything is up to date from bios to drivers, and nth seems to be working. i am not an expert but i think sth in the bios settings is not right.

Heya,

Currently NVIDIA cards do encounter frequent crashes / issues if you are updated to the latest driver.
Users have reported that rolling back to the 576.28 driver seems to fix the issue, so I'd certainly recommend giving that a go.
