Apex Legends doesn’t start on PC (Steam / EA)

Ever since the last mini update (09.19-20) my game hasn’t been working at all — it just constantly crashes on EAC loading screen (Apex Security Violation Detected on EA version and Memory Dump Error on Steam).
I’ve tried everything that others had recommended here to no avail: i updated my PC drivers; deleted, reinstalled and repaired both Steam and EA versions of Apex Legends, including first deleting EAC and then repairing both games; ran both versions and EAC as admin; completely deleted other games, like Valorant, and anti cheat if they had one; tried to launch both Steam and EA versions via their respective clients; even tried to launch both versions on the different PC with Windows 10 installed. I’ve never used any hot keys programs nor played Apex on a controller (I don’t even have it). As Devs haven’t mentioned any possible programs that may cause this issue to occur, I just don’t know what to do anymore.
A friend of mine has exactly the same problem ever since the mini update, too, and they also have tried everything mentioned above to no avail. The only difference between my PC and theirs — version of Windows (mine is 11, theirs — 10).

It’s just really frustrating and depressing. I’ve never cheated in Apex for the past 5 years and never will, and yet I can’t play my favourite game for the reason, that still hasn’t been properly acknowledged by Devs. Maybe it has something to do with Dr. Web anti virus, but I can’t be 100% sure due to Devs refusing to properly investigate the problem and acknowledge its existence.

I’m not even mentioning how scammy this all looks and feels like. I purchased Battle Pass at the start of the second split of this season and can’t complete it because my game just doesn’t launch. I can’t even finish the ongoing Space Hunters event (I even wanted to donate to collect all premium rewards). As far as I can see, despite numerous people stumbling upon the same problem, Devs don’t have any plans on prolonging the event and the second split of the current Battle Pass, which is just sad.
