Apex legends is a paper weight but it weighs nothing so it is useless.

I was playing Apex and it froze for a few seconds and then crashed. Since then it hasn't closed. I can't open it, I can't update it, I can't uninstall it. I have turned force closed steam and turned off my PC. I have turned off my PC, disconected the power, and held the button down for 5 seconds to KILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL the * thing and it still wont close. I click stop, it gets stuck on stop. HELP
