Apex Legends, Network Lag, Unplayable, Rubberbanding, Need Help!

@vagtasticplastac Okay so I have 2 options for connecting to my internet, a 2.4ghz option and the 5ghz option. For the past 6 months I have been using the 5ghz fine without problem but it is only now after the 3-4 weeks that it screws up and the 2.4ghz one works completely fine with no rubberbanding, albeit slightly lag but definetaly playable... What is the reasoning behind this?

    i also have the same problem with you, my ping is always under 40 and its rare to go beyond that, but when playing its always lagging and always get disconnected from the game, my cases is this happen after the recent Season 5 Update, before this Update i dont have this problem, i'm trying with flushdns method before, and it work but just for one day and the problem happened again.
