Apex Legends Not Responding In Main menu

Good afternoon! I've recently encountered a problem and I have no idea how to fix it. My game has been running perfectly for the past 2-3 months or so and just yesterday my game has started to act up. I load into the main menu where I can see my character and everything,, If I attempt to press anything it freezes and stops responding completely. I've tried as follows :

Running the game in compatibility mode for : Windows 8-7 
Applying -novid to my launch options.
Editing my registry :Error status 0xc000012f SYSTEM32\atiadlxx.dll
Tried running it as administrator and in windowed mode.
Updating my drivers to the latest ones possible.
Turning off discord overlay/ turning off discord.
Disabling Origin overlay
Running Origin and Apex in administrator mode.
I've tried repairing the game multiple times.
Applying and removing launch options : -novid +exec autoexec -refresh 144 -console -preload -threads 4 -forcenovsync -high
Checking my dxdiag for any bugs in my system : Everything was fine.
