Matchmaking bug "1 Player is queue"

One day this problem just started happening. I was able to play apex all the time then I started getting this matchmaking bug where I just sit in the main lobby forever while the game says, "1 players in Queue". I have gone online and it says I have no penalties or penalty history. I know it is also not an internet connection issue because I can play other games by EA no problem like Star Wars battlefront 2. Also, as you can see in the picture below that the same issue happens even when I try to just load up the firing range. It won't even let me into that. So is there anything you can do to my account like resetting it to get rid of this bug without getting rid of all of my skins that I have spent a lot of money on. I don't cheat, I never have cheated in any game I have ever played, nor do I share my accounts with anyone. I have reinstalled the game numerous times. restarted my router, used the different region method and nothing. I have joined some of my friends who were just in a match too to see if that would fix the issue but all it did was hold all three of us in the lobby and game the same message.
