Apex legends not responding

After the Genesis update whenever I open up apex legends I get talen to the loading screen and after clicking on continue the game loads up but before taking me to the main menu it stops responding. When I go to task manager to force close it I see that the cpu usage is extremely high

  • Hey, @SilverChariot12 can you try to do a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with APEX and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

Let me know if this works or not for you. 🙂

From the looks you seem to be lacking a GPU in the PC. I only see an integrated GPU. Is this correct? @SilverChariot12

  • Yes but i don't see how thats the problem because I've played on the same system since season 3 and never had this problem

The minimum requirements for the game requires a GPU stand a lone if it worked without its great but we only make sure the minimum requirements works and you are below that. @SilverChariot12

That means it can change from patch to patch for players who are below the requirements.
