So I think I found a solution. It started happening in every game, even when queing up solo. Part of it seems to be whenever there is a public chat mic that I crash.
Go into your settings -> audio and TURN OFF the CONVERT INCOMING VOICE TO CHAT TEXT. I realized I had turned this on and then a few games later started to crash repeatedly. My assumption is the game just isn't ready for that kind of tech XD.
