Apex legends severe issues

Can’t make it past the loading screen, can’t access any part of the game . prior to this I’ve encountered MULTIPLE issues since the new season just came out. I wasn’t able to aim any of my weapons, couldn’t switch from my sniper back to my loadout, movement has been glitchy , game froze up twice in the same match etc. This needs to be fixed asap
