- @saahilsabu I am having this problem as well, From what i can tell there are a lot of people who have been experiencing this since the beginning of season 8 and the problem seems to be account related.
Maybe if your desperate you should play on the other account? otherwise we will most likely be waiting for a patch. the support team hasn't been very useful. I'm having the same issue on Xbox Series S and Xbox One.
- @d1rtycheese98 That's absurd. I've played on this acc for so long; I have skins etc., and playing on a new acc is not welcoming. I've seen that many people have been facing this issue, and the support team has not done anything at all

Same thing here on PS4.

So not surprisingly it has something to do with EA servers.
