APEX LEGENDS stuck in starting screen.

Question

No matter how many times I click continue, it comes back to this screen, but if I log in to an alt account, I'm able to enter the game.

I tried reinstalling, clearing cache, verifying files, flushing DNS, restarting game and pc, but still, this issue persists.

@saahilsabu I am having this problem as well, From what i can tell there are a lot of people who have been experiencing this since the beginning of season 8 and the problem seems to be account related.
Maybe if your desperate you should play on the other account? otherwise we will most likely be waiting for a patch. the support team hasn't been very useful.

@d1rtycheese98 That's absurd. I've played on this acc for so long; I have skins etc., and playing on a new acc is not welcoming. I've seen that many people have been facing this issue, and the support team has not done anything at all

Same thing here on PS4.”Unable to complete EA Account sign in (code 100). See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information.So not surprisingly it has something to do with EA servers.&nbsp;
