Apex Legends "Unable to connect; reservation timed out"

On my first 3 games on a different map or when I first get on apex, the game freezes when I have to select my legend. Then it gives me code:net. I try to get back into the game but now I see the drop...

Making apex minimized (alt-tabbing) works for me like 90% of the time now. As soon as I ready up I alt tab and I click away from the game and I wait. As soon As the apex icon lights up yellow, I click on it and the character sélection menu starts. It's annoying but it works almost every time. I really hope they fix this because its horrible. This problem never happens when I play in Arenas though.

FYI, this is STILL the only solution that works for me. After queuing, whenever I heard the chime for a connection, I quickly tab out of the game. 100% of the time, I connect. Without tabbing, I almost always time out.

    Still bugged for me also, arena works fine and I still have to alt-tab to make it work

    We're still buggin here, friends. Looks like the stream people are starting to have it too. If only this was reported two months ago...
