I go into Apex on my PS4 for the first time and try to login to my ea account and made sure my username and password were right several times but every time I get the same error message.

I have now done this but can't find anything on it. Someone plz help asap.

Are you still running into this same error message when you're trying to log into Apex Legends? Have you had a chance to try any sort of troubleshooting at all since it started happening?

Hi, I've been playing on xbox & wanted to play on my new ps4, but after starting up n adding my ea details the game hasn't recognized any of my progress. Its not the same error you got,but it sounds similarly frustrating. I can't spend more time n money starting again.._

I'm afraid there is no cross-platform saving for Apex Legends. If you start playing the game on a different platform you would be starting a fresh account. The progress from another platform would not carry over.

I am having the same problem. How did you resolve this?
What troubleshooting steps do you suggest other than verifying account info, changing/resetting the password? I can log in to the account on PC, but get the same error as OP when attempting to log in on PS4.

It looks like there were some connectivity issues yesterday, but everything should be back up and running now.
