Apex Legends Unable to Login-We Cannot complete this action at this time on PS4

I go into Apex on my PS4 for the first time and try to login to my ea account and made sure my username and password were right several times but every time I get the same error message.            ...

Hey @KylerRen7. 

Are you still running into this same error message when you're trying to log into Apex Legends? Have you had a chance to try any sort of troubleshooting at all since it started happening?

@EA_Kent I have downloaded apex on my Xbox and I have tried to sign in multiple times but it still says unable to complete this action at this time pls help
