APEX legends xp and reward loss

Regularly when playing Apex, a game will not register as having happened for progress towards challenges, stats, etc. 

Today this was particularly frustrating as I won two arena matches in a row but did not get the flash event challenge for having two wins (or anything towards damage done, knockdowns or matches played )

 then after playing a few more rounds, I leveled up on battle pass and the challenge at the same time, But instead of getting the two apex packs I should have gotten, it only awarded me with one.

I love this game but it is so hard to feel like I’m working towards the challenges (which is a huge motivator for me) when the game skips xp and rewards so regularly
