Apex Legends

I was playing Apex Legends from Steam, but after deleting and reinstalling the game, my account was reset, please help.

    Hey @1208665,

    Your account progress and unlocks are saved on the EA Account itself, so simply reinstalling the game should not wipe your progress unless a different account is linked.

    If you had unlinked or re-linked an account you would need to re-link the original Steam and EA Accounts to have that progress returned.

    This is not something we're able to look into on the forums, but please reach out to support if you're running into trouble with this and they'll be able to look into the account with you.
