The game crashes minutes after I start the game
The problem is as follows. As soon as I log into the game, I have no problems, I can sit in the menu as long as I want, but as soon as I start at the shooting range or on another map, the game crashes after 30 seconds, without error windows. After reviewing the Windows log(eventvwr.msc) in the system tab, I see the warning "Display driver amduw23g-418637-ef495aee stopped responding and has successfully recovered."
What have I already done to fix the problem?:
- Completely reinstalled the video driver tool by deleting it using DDU and AMD cleaning utility
- Completely reinstalled Apex Legends by downloading it from scratch to another drive via steam
- Deleted and cleaned cache and temp files
- Limited consumption and frequency on the video core and video memory
I would like to note that there were no such problems in any other games that I have run parallel. I also ran stress tests/benchmarks of the system and did not get similar problems.
This problem appeared from the very beginning of the season, in the first minutes after I started the game. There was nothing like this in the previous season.
I'll also note that this may not happen in the first minutes of the game, but it happens around the second or third launch in the same Wildcard, but it usually happens in the first minutes of the launch.
