@iiTzTrickster Your hardware specifications are fine.
Have you tried reducing some graphics settings to reduce the GPU ram load? Even for testing try everything on low and see how long you last before a crash.
Under graphics try reducing your texture streaming budget to something between 2-4 gb.
You can try increasing your virtual memory (pagefile) or if you have played with such settings try them with system managed instead.

All my graphics settings in game are on low, some are on medium maybe so I can have higher FPS.
Texture streaming budget is set to 2GB. I have also tried 2-3GB and 4GB it still keeps crashing.
Page filling size for drives is custom set to:
Drive C - Page file size is 2048-2048 MB
Drive D - Page file size is 2048-2048 MB
It was managed by the system previously but after first or second crash I set it manually to those values.
