Hello, in 2021 I switched from PlayStation 4 to PC with the same account. When cross-progression was introduced, the account data for the two platforms was not synchronised, even though the email address was the same, except for the Egyptian package (the one with the Crypto's Holy Spirit skins, Revenant Knight's Temper, Wraith's Resurrected Queen and Flatline's Bloody Spear). I would like to recover and synchronise the account data.
iDVKE Cross Progression was rolled out to players between October of 2023 and April of 2024 for the platform accounts that were connected to the same EA Account.
Since the roll out period had ended, it is sadly no longer possible to merge Apex progress and data as any newly linked platform account will just use the existing Apex progress and data that is already stored on the connected EA Account, (and moving your connected account links around won't transfer, (or merge), your Apex progress and data between two EA Accounts, (and unlinking your platform accounts can also cause a loss of your Apex progress and data)).
