A few seconds after entering the lobby, the entire system loses audio.
I think an update in Anticheat disables the Creative Audio Driver.
I've always used an OLD Soundblaster sound card without any problems.
As of today, June 2, 2025, I lose audio a few seconds after entering the lobby. I have to restart the PC to get the audio back.
All other games and applications work fine.
i have the same problem, It only happens to me in 2 games, Apex and Fortnite, Battlefield 2042, FIFA works normally..

I had to uninstall the driver and use the generic one that comes with Windows.
..And even then, it sounds better than the garbage integrated audio on my motherboard.
If you're going to use it like this, remember to set it to 48000 Hz; it seems bugged and sounds bad at other frequencies.
Same here, Win10 with X-Fi Titanium, its a shame because it still gives great audio!

I thought that since they couldn't fix the audio issues in the gameplay, they decided to remove it :)
