I've have also had this exact same issue. Ever since i moved houses it doesn't allow me or lets me play one game then kicks me out. I'm also connected via Ethernet. I've tried getting help online but the ai chat doesn't help. I hope you find a solution to this, I haven't been able to play for about 1 year
