APEX on Under 13 Account

I don't know why I can't just email EA about this directly, but the help page takes you round in circles when you click Start a New Case, and never lets you create one. Anyway, my son is 11. He play...

    Hey @YummySorrow,

    If your son is under 13, I'm afraid he wouldn't be able to play online until he turns 13 and his account is converted to a Teen account. 

    There are a number of restrictions on child accounts that we follow due to various federal regulations, which you can read more about here: Origin - How parental controls impact child accounts (ea.com)

    Without having access to the Xbox account information (which we cannot review via the forums) I can't answer why he's able to play there, but it's likely due to the way the Xbox parental controls have been set up, or the EA account linked to that particular Xbox account.
