apex rank point drop

for some reason I got ban by EA for 3days after than I get in to my apex account again but I found that my rank point is dropped by platinum 3 to gold 2 than I find EA to solve this problem and th...

@leo100717 when did it happen to you? Was it at the season end. Everyone gets a soft reset of 1.5 tiers at the end of the season, for the start of the new season.
If not you would need to contact EA help again.
