Goto the APEX directory
Run these
Apex\__Installer\vc\vc2015\redist
vc_redist.x64.exe
vc_redist.x86.exe
Apex\__Installer\vc\vc2012Update4\redist
vcredist_x64.exe
Apex\__Installer\vc\vc2010sp1\redist
vcredist_x64.exe
Apex\__Installer\vc\vc2010sp1\redist
vcredist_x64.exe
Apex\__Installer\directx\redist
DXSETUP.exe
Update your graphics Drivers and Audio Drivers.
- GDIplus.dll should only be in system32 .. You need to scan ur pc for malware.. use anti-rootkit software like malwarebytes anti root
- Copy the folder C:/Windows/System32/CatRoot from another computer running the EXACT same version of windows onto a flash drive
- Overwrite your machines CatRoot folder with this one (do not delete original, just overwrite)
- Restart & everything should work- @iheartass2 Had the same problem, I tried everything people suggested, but this is the one thing that finally fixed my problem. Thanks!
