Packet loss on console

Hey everyone first time post here, just curious if anyone is experiencing the same issue as me.

as of 9/24/25 I’ve been experiencing constant lagging/ packet loss in every game on apex legends PlayStation 5 ( even firing range. Everything is super laggy and unplayable. I have the 3 red squares in the right hand corner.

I also tried every possible fix for my internet/ restoring setting and re downloading apex
