Apex want's to install when I try to launch it. already installed for 2 years

I'm trying to play apex, but it wants to install the whole game. 

I have it for 2 years. I played yesterday, it's fully installed ofcourse

tried to launch it from the folder, it still wants to reinstall..

added pics. you can see the whole 64.4 GB already installed

help??
