Store Disfunctional

Been trying to make a purchas for some apex coins to get another heirloom.. Made to 89.99 purchases last night with no issue, when i went to make the third purchase it would not process the payment. I tried using multiple cards, multiple banks accounts. Called my banks to confirm it wasnt on my end. After getting that confirmed attempted to make another purchase and the issue reoccured. Is the store down or is there another underlying issue?
