Apex was banned for no reason because it violated article VI of the agreement

I am also a Hong Kong player. My friends and I have been banned due to illegal clause 6. We have invested a lot of energy and money on the apex game. We really have no reason to use cheating software...

most awfully, the first time i reached out to EA i was so confident because there is no way im hacking(violating server 6) as a controller player has kill rate under 1 and with 500 hours play. i honestly think EA is  a huge joke. Do your investigation please.
