apex wont launch after easyanticheat

Question

game launches the anti virus then goes black screen like it wants to load but doesnt then goes back to the ea screen

ive tried all these things

1. uninstall and reinstall both anti cheat and game

2. repair the game and anticheat

3. i clean booted my pc

4. i gave it permissions through fire wall and anti virus

5. i ran a system file checker that didnt help

6. i redownloaded c++

7. updated drivers and windows

@EA_Atic&nbsp;ive tried both and both have the same problem but i play on steam&nbsp;
