I re-read your post and noticed it works when you use party chat, hmmm I'll have to dig some. Off the top of my head the only thing I can think of is a privacy setting blocking your chat somehow, but only in-game.
- @Popa2caps i have the arctis 1 wireless then a logitech G231 wired and it does the same for both. i went through my settings and couldnt find anything that would block it. unless i was missing something
