Banned after disconnected
Im a player from SEA,yesterday i was playing in an unraked match and it in final circle! Then suddenly i got dc from the game and it said i got banned! I didnt hack or playing with glitch ! I didnt ...

@EA_BarryThx for replying! I saw that many ppl feel very dissapointed about the customer support~ Hope can get some improvement because i really love this game! Me as a game dev student really feel that i dont want my team have a ToS customer support that lack of quality in future...
- @rushrespawn have you checked your rank? Seems like there are people that are playing ranked in hacked accounts until EA ban the accounts...
