Hello everyone. Today i got banned while i was not doing anything wrong.
Later i seen that a hacker had entered my account and caused that ban i have sent multiple mails to ea help and no one responded
Does anyone know what i could do
Every help would be much appreciated

Hello thank you for the response but this can not get me unbanned but i sent multiple email to EA to help me but i did not get any response of them. Can you help me.
I have talked to ea help (i think bots) and they said that i need to send a email to ea but i am not getting any response from them.

Community ManagerYou should be submitting a dispute and not sending an email. It can take a few days to get a response to the dispute.
I do not know where to make a dispute.
i found out what to do but it says that there is not a way to resolve my problems

Community ManagerHaving multiple cases open for the same issue will most likely result in some of them being closed as duplicates. You'll just need to wait for a response from Terms of Service.
How did you “see a hacker entered your account?”
I’m curious because it’s very possible I was just banned for the same reason. It’s day 3 now. And I paid for the battle pass last week, finally got my first heirloom, and now I can’t even play. It’s just unreal.
Nah mate, I've been at it for 10 days now, getting the same automated response, not a single ACTUAL person is investigating anything despite me having records and proofs of my account being hacked
