So recently, I wanted to get back to playing Apex, and I get into a match, and I get kicked, and It says I'm banned. My first thought is that someone got into my account and cheated, but I would think I would get a detail on that, but who knows. I personally have no idea how to contact anybody on this issue, as they just send me to different departments on EA's helpline. If I could get an explanation of why I am banned, and maybe even unbanned, that would be great. I want to play with the friends I have and whatnot, but with an issue like this, I really have no choice but to post here.

@EA_KentSupport has done nothing but lock my account. There is not an email or anything, and the link they gave to me to schedule a call with them is broken. (Error: too many redirects)
Edit: I have been able to "resume" the case, it has just opened a new case. If this isn't solved I'm not gonna go out silent.

It sounds like you'll need to get in touch with EA Help so they can help you secure your account. I'm afraid we don't have a way to assist with account issues like this directly via Answers HQ. The EA Help team will need to assist you with that.

You can find more details on how to reach them over at the EA Help website. If you're having trouble setting up a case on the EA Help site I'd recommend clearing out your browser cache to see if that helps. There might be a cached page that's causing issues with case creation.

@EA_Kent I got banned for no reason at all ! I just started to play because I was sick and I needed something to distract me from my illness, and one day, 2 days ago, it suddenly showed me that I am banned. I opened a case on 11.03.2020 and I still got no answer... good timing to ban a new player right when the COD Battle Royal is launched. Veeeeeery nice....I am very curious what was the reason, because I never left a game in any mode, and I have not done so much kills to be suspected of cheating, because I suck at shooters !

If you've already contacted the TOS team that's all you need to do for now. They'll review your account and get back to you as soon as they can. Keep an eye out for their reply via email.

@Mirdufa Please keep in mind that sometimes the time can be delayed on respond, and users has reported 2 weeks sometimes.

Keep in mind that 24-72 hour respond is mostly common issues.
Ban issues may take longer to respond to.
