Banned for killing AFK bots in control mode

I see ahq has a lot of problems like me, I killed AFK bots on the Hong Kong server at 12:00EST and got banned. There are a lot of AFK bots on the HONG Kong server from EST12:00-20:00. Obviously, EA discovered this problem, but EA ignored the Bot, and many people in the community killed them and were banned in the way of protocol 6. We complained about this many times until the final result was that we were cheating. Nakosou is my ea account. I have sent 6 appeals and still no reply. I hope EA fixes this stupid bot issue ASAP because your system is flagging innocent players and banning them without violating the Tos. Also unban the account that was banned for killing the robot

    Hey @Nakosou,

    I'm afraid we cannot make any changes to your account via the forums, including changing or removing bans.

    You'll need to create an appeal to have the Terms of Service team take another look at the situation.

    If you've already sent in multiple appeals and they've declined to remove the ban, that is not something we'll be able to change here either, sorry.

    @Nakosou I have seen many people getting banned for killing AFK bots. I think it triggers if you kill them many times. I didn't get banned for killing a few bots like 6 times. But if you kill them 20 times it is probably automated ban. Really insane that you can get banned for it because Respawn doesn't do something abou the bots themselves

    I have the same problem as you had (in team deathmatch), I tried to argue with them by opening cases but it's always an negative answer, what I need to do for being unbanned  please ?

    This is interesting I've just received a ban which I'm appealing and the only thing i can think of is that i was mucking about in the portal test range

    and it was bugged cause when i came out i was awarded lots of weapon and vehicle upgrades and unlocks. It has since been patched but surely they cant ban for something that is available on their portal server? I also logged into my account to see if there was any update on the appeal and noticed i had an overturned ban a few days prior.

    A: it wasn't there yesterday and B: I was never banned and  so never appealed anything. Its beginning to look like EA has a really good anti cheat system NOT.
