Banned for playing!?!

here is the transcript from the conversation i  had with support... '<snip> personal follow-up...this ban took place at 2am my time which i was not anywhere near online for, there is no reason set,...

    If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please create an appeal with these steps so our Terms of Service team can take another look.

    We're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums, nor are advisors able to review a ban through chats. However, our ToS team can check back into this situation with an appeal.

My case is as follows.

I'm a ps4 user, and I haven't played apex ✕ at all on pC, but a Steam account pretending to be my pS4 username is linked without permission, and when I checked the login log, I was illegally logged in on my PC. I was. In addition, it was logged in under the guise of my IP address, and it was not known that it was a hack. Also, at the same time, I was able to confirm the login from a strange IP address, so I think my IP address was probably stolen at that time.

saronpa126​ Were you able to resolve this? I was given no initial reason for the ban and after an appeal was denied, I sent another appeal and was denied again now threatened to have my case dismissed because I made ea look at my ban reasoning. This is my account from Xbox way back so quite some money and time invested in it… not sure how to prove my innocence and I. The email I was notified that I am not allowed to know what was detected to result in my ban. Need any help this is so dissapointing.
