Banned on both platforms ps4 and pc on 2 different accounts for the same reason.
Hi, First of all I say hello to all of you, i was bullied in one game by my teammates and on the mic they start to harass me all the game and in the end One of them told me that <> . And my response was that <>, and EA banned me permanently on my pc account from steam and on my account from ps4 by the same reason. I tried to let them know that what they do is wrong and is not fair to ban my both accounts on different platforms but I think they just don’t care.In my opinion they need to focus more on cheaters and not to ban good players. Or if u wan’t to ban for hate speach you can ban them on chat not ban their account’s permanently because we spend money in the game and we are treated like rubish by EA team. Thank you!

I am sorry to hear that you were harassed and bullied here, however. That's definitely not something we tolerate, so if you didn't get a chance to report them in-game, you can also do so here. We do investigate all reports and will take the appropriate action for any violations of our Terms of Service.
If you disagree with an action that was taken on your own account, you'll need to reach out and appeal this with the Terms of Service team. That's not something we can review or change on the forums.
