Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I loaded into the game and it said I needed to buy the battle pass for 9999 coins.
Signed in today and they removed my battlepass payed for premium and got max level on it and now saying I need to pay 9999 coins for it. I am on Xbox and have never had an issue like this before.

What happens when the bug occurs? I owned and finished the Battle Pass at Level 110, and had all the rewards, cosmetics, etc. I have been playing now for about two hours today but only noticed this bug now. I finished with a game, loaded back into the lobby, and got a notification along the lines of "You have reached Level 108, buy the battle pass to unlock all premium tier items". This is the second time this month that I have lost access to my battle pass rewards. I still have the cosmetics that are currently equipped to Legends / Weapons, but the ones I did not have equipped no longer exist in my locker. Please fix this, we are all getting tired of this *.
What should be happening instead? I should have my stuff that I have already payed for. FIX THIS

Please fix your game EA, This is not on. You are going to lose more players because bugs like these keep making its way into the game and frankly we are all getting tired of it.
i just realized i lost about 20 BP levels as well as about 10 or so levels. I was at 95 now i'm down to 75 and still have all the unlocked rewards up to 95. I was level 344 prestige 1 a couple of days ago and have been grinding ranked, so I know i'm not still 344.
im level 98 in the battle pass , and the game show that i don't have my premium battle pass, although i have the items that i got till this level
So I just opened the game and firstly, I got a prompt to buy the battle pass, which I already own? It also came up with a message I've reached level 111 on the battle pass. The skins from it are still available to me, but the premium section of the battle pass is "locked" for some reason. Also, I have access to skins that I know for sure I don't have (I don't think they have been released at all), however I can't equip them, I can only look at them. Multiple heirlooms in the store are not correctly displayed (Pathfinder's gloves have Octane's banner etc) and on top of all this, my heirlooms are "locked" (still equipped but locked) and I have the Cobalt Katar showing as unlocked (which I don't have) instead of the heirlooms I do have. How is it possible that we have to deal with * up updates 2 weeks in a row?

We are aware some Battle Passes appear to be reset or have missing progress. We're also looking into some reports of other content appearing that wasn't previously owned.

I went into the game today and a window popped up asking me to purchase the entire Battle Pass for 9999 Apex coins. The Battle Pass has been completed for a week now (premium). I decided to take a look, go to the Pass page and see that I am being asked to buy it. I went to Loadout, and there were skins that were not directly for sale and my skins were missing. I decided to check what and how. I purchased a legendary skin on HAVOC, but I couldn’t use it. The materials were written off. What to do in this case?
