Battlepass bug

• Which version of the battle pass did you buy?
• Where did you buy it from?
• What platform are you playing on?
  
  

Only asking because:

• If you had bought Premium or Ultimate, and was expecting the extra skins and Exotic Shards, those are locked to the Ulitmate+ pass
• If you bought the pass from a different platform's store, those can only be activated on the platform it was bought from, (or if you had bought the pass from the Apex Legends Official Store, in which case you would need to login via the EA App)
• As mentioned above, if the platform is different than where you bought the pass, it won't activate as each platform account cannot see purchases made on other platforms, (such as if you had bought it on Steam and are trying to login on an Xbox, the Xbox won't have it until you had logged into Steam and launched the game).

I bought the premium battlepass pass there is no ultimate or ultimate + i dont think iveever see that. When u buy the pass i only got the option to spend 950 and that was for the premium pass 

I bought it from the game itself with coins that i saved up im playing on ps5

Yeah, Ultimate and Ultimate+ are the paid versions:

Okay, so you had gotten the Premium Pass from PlayStation on PS5.

Do you have any screenshots showing what you were expecting to have unlocked, (as it may be an Ultimate or Ultimate+ reward)?

But i mean there is no option to buy the ultimate pass or even upgrade it the only option i had was to buy the premium pass and thats it
