Black screen when loading into the match

What happens when the bug occurs? the screen goes black when trying to load into the match, can't leave the game even if I press escape then leave. This happens very often, but today I got an 80 minutes suspension and -rp. This is getting unbearable.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, it happens randomly when trying to get into a game. It seems that it happens mostly while playing with a party.

This happens very often:/, but today I got an 80 minutes suspension and -rp for closing apex legends when it happened. This is getting unbearable.
