My account has not been banned, but I am unable to play games

Dear EA, thank you for your help. After I protected my account, you helped me remove the ban, but it seems like you haven't completely cleared it. Shortly after successfully logging into Apex Legends, I will be kicked out of the client and displayed as banned, as shown in the picture, unable to play the game normally. It seems that my account has been locked up in a small black room. Please help me completely lift the ban.
