Bought Apex Coins and didn't receive them

I bought some Apex Coins from the Apex Legends store on PS4 and did not receive the coins.  This has happened MULTIPLE times now.  Basically every time it has happened, I've had to wait 24 hours, and then go to support and prove to them that I bought the coins.  When I did this they would credit me my coins.  I have told them something is wrong with my account but they won't do anything about it.

This time I had the same thing happen.  Purchased the 2150 Apex coins from the store and did not receive them.  Since this has happened to me multiple times I just waited the 24 hours, and got the proof ready to show to support.  I went into support and spent over an hour waiting for them to look at my proof, which I provided them like usual.  Instead of giving me my coins this time they told me that there wasn't anything I could do and that this is an issue with the Apex Wallet that is being looked at.  They basically treated me like crap and then told me that I had to wait and that it would be fixed and when it was the coins would be added automatically.  Of course, with the troubles I've already had, I don't believe that the coins will ever actually be added.  

The only way I've gotten them before is by support crediting me the coins.  Now they are telling me to wait.  What can I do about this?  ALL I WANT IS MY COINS that I paid for. What exactly do I need to do about this?  

I want to spend money on this game to support it but it is getting harder and harder to do so.  Can someone please help me???

    They loveeeee doing this crap, it happened to me more then like 3 times and it’s super frustrating. I also had to recover my account all my previous content was lost with no type effort of trying to recover my progress on their part. Now that I wanna try and buy skins to make my account look nice again it has to be a problem each time

    i just bought the $100 pack and the $40 pack to prepare for the prestige bangalore skin and i didn't get it. ea is no help luckily microsoft refunded me. but i don't know how to safely buy apex coins because obviously we as a community cannot trust apex to successfully complete a transaction.

    if anyone knows where to buy apex coins for xbox with the highest success rate that'd be much appreciated. It's so sad that we have to go through so many hoops just to support the game it's like they don't want money.

    @Virji24This has happened to me, I would always call in and they would give me the coins that I paid for now they’re telling me to contact Microsoft even tho they cannot do anything about it since it’s a EA game… been through 7 EA customer support techs and none of them will grant me my coins why is it so hard to give someone what they want when they’re spending hundreds of dollars on there game?! @EA_Blueberry

    this has just happend to me and i bought one set on 2150 apex coins and did not receive them so i did it again and still didnt recieve them and in the kindest way possible can i have my apex coins 🙂

    At the first I buy 1000apex coins and it give me nothing and i through that is a glitch or bug and send email to ea and I try 500apex coins and I lost my money again

    Did they ever help you with your problem because I filed a case with my proof of purchases apex has me missing around 6k * for the rivals event on apex.i made a case ea said they fixed it and I still have none of my coins due to their error I have spent well over 2500 usd on this game and the errors still have not fixed themselves. I was locked out of the season 7 game for the entirety and missed the r99 reactive skins from that after I had purchased the battle pass I was suppose to get 20k coins from that and they never was rewarded. someone needs to make everything right by me check my cases I opened and forums that I have replied to you will see im not lying like I said I have spent over 2500 usd on this free game.
