Breakout legends flatline skin never given after months of waiting

The main problem was that I had some sort of server issue that caused me to not have gifted a free mad Maggie skin and sticker to my friend vKinkin which also meant I didn't get progress to the challenges and so on, I didn't notice till a while after and I've been talking to many EA help support and all of them have always pushed back the date and it's been months or so and I still haven't received it and I know if I talk to a EA support they'll just tell me to wait another week. I genuinely feel like I'm being stalled out and I just want my flatline skin and that's all.
