Bye Apex - after data transfer :(

Hi,

My English isn'tthat good but I'll do my best. I transferred my Apex Data back from an extended hard drive to my PS4 Pro (60GB). The transfer ran without any issue or error. Once it was done I launched the game and audio and gameplay were totally broken (stuttering and glitching). Even my PS4 System Menu had the same stuttering behavior. It went so bad that I did reset my PS4 to default settings like a whole new console.

All applications and game runs perfectly fluidly till I installed Apex from the PSN Store .. All Problems were back and EA can't help to solve this problem.

I'm lvl 500 with +8000 games and I bought several packs during the last 7 seasons and events. 

Is there a way to keep my progression? If not, is there a way to start Apex from scratch (Are the Data also connected to my EA/Respawn account or why are they downloaded even after a PS4 reset)

How is it possible that a Game affect the PS4 main system and menu?
