Could you close the game, clear the Origin cache and then restart the PC please? Once that's done, open the game and let us know if the issue persists for you.

Sorry, I forgot to mention I play on PS4. though I did look at the link you attached and followed the directions but I’m still getting the error message :/ Again I think it’s just not letting me buy the pack because the already own the pose and frame, but I just want the skin. Also thank you for taking the time to respond. ^^
